A resort designed for the mountains
Courchevel was developed from 1946 on what was then an almost untouched site, with a modern vision of the mountain resort. Its story is closely linked to the rise of winter sports and the progressive connections of Les 3 Vallées.
Today the destination is more than Courchevel 1850: Le Praz, Courchevel Village, Moriond and the different resort levels offer complementary atmospheres of chalets, forests and Vanoise panoramas.
In winter, the stay can focus on skiing, gastronomy and transfers between villages. In summer, hiking, lakes, views and restaurants naturally replace the snow programme.
