GLOBAL HOLDING, operating the Gallia VTC brand, is the controller for personal data collected through this website.
Data collected
The site may collect your name, email, telephone/WhatsApp contact, travel dates, pick-up location, destination, passenger and luggage information, flight/train information and any message you send.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to answer requests, prepare quotations, manage bookings, perform chauffeur services, comply with legal obligations and handle customer service. Marketing use is not activated by default.
WhatsApp and payments
WhatsApp is used only when you choose to continue there. The public contact form does not request payment-card data. If a separate payment solution is proposed during a booking, the information applicable to that provider is supplied as part of that payment process.
Retention and rights
Enquiry data is generally retained for up to 3 years after the last meaningful contact. Booking and accounting records are retained for the periods required by French law, which may be up to 10 years. Technical/security logs, where generated, are retained only for the period necessary for security and troubleshooting, normally no longer than 12 months. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by writing to contact@vtcprive.com.
International transfers
Some service providers, including WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to use WhatsApp, may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers are based on an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another mechanism recognised by the GDPR.
Internal marketing statistics
Gallia VTC uses limited first-party aggregate measurement of the initial visit source (Site, Video, Brochure or Business Card) and clicks to WhatsApp to assess the effectiveness of its own materials. The statistics dashboard does not store IP addresses or detailed page histories and does not use a third-party analytics service.
Recipients and complaints
Data is accessible only to authorised Gallia VTC personnel and, where necessary to provide the service, its technical providers (hosting, email and maintenance) and WhatsApp/Meta only if you choose to use that service.
